In this special presentation, Berney Kubetz will review recent the basis for and implications of recent Supreme Court decisions.

Instructor: Berney Kubetz is a semi-retired trial attorney whose 50 years practice focused on Constitutional Law and the First Amendment. He has led four outstanding courses at PVSC – Freedom of the Press and The First Amendment; Unmasking the Courts; The State of American Democracy; and What’s Going Wrong in Maine?
