Course Description

Join us for a naturalist-led hike along Pushaw Stream at Hirundo Wildlife Refuge. The guided walk will involve an uneven, heavily rooted trail (hiking poles would be helpful). Bring your lunch for an optional picnic by a lovely pond after the walk. 

$10 Cash Donation to HWR due at event. 

Instructor: Dick Andren is a long time board member and volunteer naturalist at the Hirundo Wildlife Refuge. He retired as a biology and environmental studies professor in Pennsylvania and has been a fulltime resident of Maine since 1999.
