Love reading, but short on time? Dive into this short story course! These shorter, creatively written stories deliver drama, emotion, and thought-provoking ideas to discuss with each other. With fewer characters, and one main idea, short stories are less complex than reading a full novel. Come discover how small stories make a big impact!”

About the Instructor: Claire Levesque
Claire Levesque has degrees in teaching as well as a secondary English degree and has she taught Adult Education classes for thirteen years in a variety of subjects. Claire was a tutor, mentor, and trainer, for Literacy Volunteers of Maine in Bangor. In 2022 she received the “Champion of Literacy Award” for her many volunteer hours teaching and training other volunteers how to work with adults who wanted to achieve the gift of being able to read. Claire is an avid reader as well , and a lifelong learner, taking classes through Maine Senior Colleges all over the state.
